Deal....or No Deal...

Round and round we go...depending on which news article you read these days, it seems as though GM, Delphi & the UAW are on the brink of a buyout offer. That remains to be seen. I suppose that once they get that settled, then the sides will probably fight it out over what scraps will be left for those not old enough to retire.

Thanks to the international for coming out with a, albeit brief, statement about the progress of our union's negotiations with the company. Although, in my (not so) humble opinion, it will probably be a case of the company saying "Look, this is what we're giving the UAW...take it or leave it".

My own, personal thanks to the hall, for, once again, putting politics ahead of solidarity.
